I am from TX. and was able to register, but when I go to the free mini casino it just keeps loading. Never stops, and never loads any games. Even on the home page where it lists new games, favorits, and all the other info, there is no games listed anywhere not even under new games. I can log in start free play but no games load. but I can go to the regular casino and everything works fine. I wonder if maybe they are over loaded with people. Kinda like Super Slots and the others.
