I live in New Zealand. I have lived all over New Zealand for my life (long as it is lol). New Zealand is a beautiful place, lots of greenery, lots of happy friendly people .... and of course lots of sheep!! I am currently for the last two years been sick and in and out of hospital and in a wheelchair so I don't get to town often to do my telegraphic transfers to neteller to play online, nor do I get out of the house often now to go to casinos etc. That makes me sad, I just did neteller transfer last week only to be told it may be holed up in a bank in New York deciding whether they send the funds to neteller, or send it back to me as unsendable. That makes me really sad. I don't know what I will do if I can't do my bingo and casinos online.

New Zealand has 3 islands, north island, south island and stewart island. Bet you thought I was going to say middle island, but actually the South Island is the middle island. I live in a small town of about 6000 people in the Bay of Plenty which is in the middle of the North Island. I am married (5 year anniversary yesterday). New Zealand is also the first country to see daylight of the new days with the time zones etc. So we saw the first millenium (well I didn't, I was still asleep lol)

Everyone ... who live "up North" enough to get plenty of snow I feel your "pain" OR joy of having it. Personally I hate winters. Here in Finland winters mean too much snow, WAYYYYYYYYYYY too cold & dark and last too long - from November - March. Well there might be snow left at places still in beginning of May - atleast in Finland's Lapland where people can easily down hill ski till mid May!

I often wonder - especially when it's -20C or colder - WHY on earth did my forefathers settled in a place like this???
Still, I love my home country (atleast when it's spring & summer ). I've lived here all my life, but moving somewhere with atleast a bit better weather conditions I am seriously beginning to consider

Hi, this is Tab and I know that I am not technicaly a CC member, but I wanted to do this anyway. I hope that you guys don't mind.

Let's see, I currently live in Winona, MN which is in the U.S.A, and I have lived her for about 12 years. We get lots of snow and it sucks bad. Before I lived here I have lived in many places. I have lived in Mt. Pleasent South Carolina, Bartlesville Oklahoma(my home and the one place that i really miss and love), Mechanicsville Maryland, San Diego California, Guam for about a month, Washington, Pennsylvania, and a few other places too. All of these places with the exception of Guam are in the U.S.A. My parents were in the navy so in the short two years of my life that they were married my brother and myself were moved all over the place. I am sure that there are places that I have lived that I do not even remember being. But the one place that I really want to be is my home state of OKlahoma. That is where I spent the other majority of my life. I love the weather and the atmosphere there and the people there are such wonderful warm and very caring people.

I love Tampere - spend first 19 years of my life in there and around the city (Häme/Pirkanmaa province - Valkeakoski, Viiala, Virrat and Urjala from where I moved to Helsinki).

My dad lives in Lempäälä, so every time I visit him I stop by Tampere, because I take train from Helsinki to Tampere ... Love the city - espesially during summer. It's really beautiful ...

IF I don't live somewhere - outbroads - in few years time ... I'll seriously concider moving back there.

Hello from North Carolina. I live in the piedmont area of the state, only an hours drive from the Appalachian Mtns via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also in about 3 hours I can be sitting on the beach.

For me, I live in "Sunset Country" as it is so called. A very very small city of approx 12,000 people in Northwestern Ontario Canada. The scenery is fantastic if you like the bush and wildlife.

The summers average about 30-36 celcius which is approx 86-97 fahr. The winters can get dang cold dipping as low as -40 celcius and can get to -50 and colder with the windchill factor. That is about -40 to -58 fehr

The country is beautiful up here with more lakes for awesome fishing that you can imagine. Much wildlife like moose and deer etc roaming in your yards. And yes..even ughhh bears sometimes.

Camping, fishing and hunting are a major sport around here. During the summer it is quite breathtaking to sit outside and watch the aurora borealis (northern lights for those that don't know) dancing across the starlit skies in magnificent luminous colors of green, blue, yellow, red and orange. It is quite a sight to behold. The sun at sunset glowing so closely to earth in a bright orange or firey red.
Gosh makes me lonesome for my camper..lol

Anyways...I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.

thats cold up there....brrrrr, i also can look upward from my cardboard house in the alley behind the free clinic and see many beautiful lights of all the neon signs, nuffin like i tell ya!!!!!!
