Harrisburg - A gambling expansion bill that passed the State Senate Wednesday could bring in $250 million to the Pa budget.
House bill 271 sets taxes for online slots and table games at 54%. Online poker would be taxed at 16%. The bill allows the state to conduct online lottery sales and there's new regulation of daily fantasy sports. Additional money would come from the fee of $5 million for each of the state's slot and table game licenses. Now the bill returns to the Pa House of Representatives where they take a look at changes made by the Senate.
