well i deposited and no sign up bonus yet almost 24 hours site says 5 - 8hours support told me 4 hours 10 hours ago lol, if i was waiting on just the free $11 i could care less but i like deposit bonuses credited when they say it will be they need to change the time frame on their web site if they are swampped by the intrest in their promos

Ok everyone, I just contacted live support & told them i registered yesturday & had not received the bonus yet & they checked their records then came back and said it was credited and the date & time credited was 1 minute prior so they credited me then, the bonus is in my account now. So contact live support & tell them you have not received the free $11 and have not got reply to email & I bet you will then be credited too.

i got the $11 just before but no deposit bonus and no one is on live support - probably my odd Australian hours have something to do with that lol, Im leery to deposit here again but I will give them another go after the promo is over and see if their support is better then, normally tons of us jump on these promos but i thought the casinos would be aware of that and think ahead lol Im very greatful for the no deposit bonus though seems Ive had them all before lmaoooo

well I just got told that my bonus would be automatically credited in 5 - 8 hours i pointed out i deposited 24 hours or more ago and then i got the upgrading bonus crediting system spiel again grrrr im going round in circles with them i hope they are just overworked and not like this all the time hehehe

Live support was very nice & helpful when i spoke with them and also my free $11 was credited while chatting with them.

I wish i knew why Im having issues, i have played at 2 or 3 of their other casinos and never an issue casino US was a regular place that I plaed at for quite a while but I never tried Sun Vegas, Vix and Carey both said the same as you Dr C so i trust your opinion i just wish i wasn't having the run around, all the support staff have been nice I can't complain about that I just like things to go smooth and that never happens all the time lol. I will be more patient lmaoooo clearly i have patience issues lmaoooooo

Spoke to live chat today, they say their overloaded at the moment, but everyone should be credited today about 12 noon GMT, i have got my £6, im going to see what damage i can do now
