Disappointed Club World Usa

i was really disappointed with club world usa. i received a 40.00 birthday bonus which was great. after going through the play through i cashed out at 60.00. and was surprised when they took out the 40.00 they gave for my birthday. which left me with 20.00. Is this normal practice? just want to know. thanks.

This is what I found from Club World's website...

All bonuses at ClubWorldCasinos are unredeemable which means that you cannot withdraw the bonus chips. You can win with the bonus and cashout the winnings however any outstanding bonuses in your account will be deducted when you request a cashout.


In future before playing a freechip, it is best to contact support to ask and understand the terms. That way there won't be any suprises or disappointments.
