Well I am one of the banned states and I asked them to delete my account because I was from Oregon and USA. They wrote me back :

Everygame casino accepts ALL U.S states...I am in NY and I have an active account with them. The other casino's that Dusty listed do NOT accept the 11 banned states....

I hope that clears things up a bit

Well........to clear this up a little further...RhondaGrace....Everygame ACCEPTS ALL USA states. It is listed in the microgaming software bonus section that they do and I don't think Geno would lie. Beckie33...I misunderstood your post, sorry for any confusion.

i live in oregon . Me and my room mate both recievered c.d. in the mail. i regestered and recieved free 10$ from bounous code sent to me.so i think they do take all u.s.a. just thought i'd let everyone know this. i regestered my account around 2/5/07.i'm visiting with my mom in washington so i played mine on the flash casino. But my roommate had no problems and i believe he is still playing there.we both like the microgaming and are very happy to have a micro to play at agian
