Deposits have to be transferred into the casino account. You did not transfer enough the first time. even though deposited plenty you only put $20 into the casino.

I see that now only because they now tell me this....my point is that I was not told this prior to the fact...I was not informed until after the fact...I read everything about the bonus prior to the deposit...all these things came up after the deposit

i would be very angry too, as if a new player would know that if it wasn't clearly stated, and why should you have to transfer the money from sportsbook that is just confusing. You can't despute it anyway they have the wonderful clause that anything they say is final. Sorry you got misled, or couldnt resolve it in a way that was fair, Geno is amazing though and may be able to help, i have not played Everygame but heaps of people say they are great i hope it gets resolved so everyone is happy.

To be fair ... this is a VERY old topic...

I'm sorry to say that I would have assumed what Everygame said - whenever you get a 100% deposit bonus it's on your FIRST deposit (first TRANSFER in this case), although I do accept that it perhaps isn't as clear as it could have been.

I will keep this topic on the forum but in the Archive now as it was from last year and I'm sure that most have seen this now and if similar happens again then I'll address it with our contacts at Everygame
