I tried to redeem code and i got .....Your coupon cannot be redeemed at this time. Please call customer service for more information.

So i contacted live support and there taking for ever to answer ................. finally after 18 mins of waiting , they told me it was an deposit bonus and my account is not eligible for it. so it is not a free chip, not without a deposit first. I think it is for New players , I didn't stick around to ask.

Hmmm , i wonder why they told me in chat it was a deposit bonus not a free chip. That;s just weird cause i deposited like 3 or 4 days ago. Oh well. Glad you were able to redeem . good luck

After reading you r post Shirley , I just did a little research on my computer ... you were right !
I mistakenly posted wrong casino and wrong code ... its to late to fix it, since is not valid anymore.... looks like I have to many casinos and that was a reason I forgot which one I got the bonus from . I am so sorry Shirley ! Mea culpa !
