Yes..it was freaky!! But not cause of what she said, but what she did.

She asked that I uncross my feet, cause I was blocking the energy, @ the beginning. Then near the middle, she asked I uncross them again!!

I had 2 look down under the table to see they were crossed again.

Met a gypsy girl and became friends....one day she tells me that a have a very good aura that radiates with bright colours. She then goes on to tell me that such people have an ability to be in touch w/ the spiritual realm or power. We did an experiment....with a mirror in front of us and a lit candle in between...we stared at our reflection in the mirror. She taught me how to see first my own aura..and then without the mirror seeing the aura of others. Fascinating stuff.

HA...just realize this actually going to be a long story...so i'll just answer the contest question

The gypsy girl's sister owns a palm reading shop in Toronto. When she brought me to see her sister and have my palm read, her sister took one look at me and ran away...and then called for her sister to come to her from another room.
When my friend returned, I asked what was that about. Apparently her sister refused to see me because I was too powerful. Unfortunately even my friend didn't know what that meant and her sister refuses to talk about it. Eventually my friend was also forbidden to see me...I so I dunno...did I see one? or not?

The way I look at it... we only use a tenth of our brain! I have witnessed people with ESP and have had experiences with it myself.

Centuries ago people read the stars (and still do) and there is very strong evidence of many things that people can do that are not the norm. Like picking up vehicles to save a child etc.

We don't know what our minds and bodies are truly capable of. So I keep an open mind about many things. Everyone has unique fingerprints and I assume palms. I have reservations about Tarot cards and reading tea leaves.

There are many things in this universe that are as yet unknown - though we like to think we know it all LOL

There are many mysteries as yet to be uncovered.

hi , yes i havea#of them. there is bad 1s and good 1s. i went to 1 that did not want to even know your name . youcalled her and told her you want to make appointment, and she read from a bible. she told me i was on a sea saw, with 3 men. she told me every thing that would happen to me every day for 3 months . she told me i had 2anhalf kids . she was right i lost 1. she told me on this 1 nite i would be propasisoned by a close friend. it was 11pm and i was getting ready to go to work on nite shift . when a knock on my door . a freind of the family was drunk and it happen before midnight , like she predicted. she told me my uncle would have a stroke. and would die 2 weeks after i went to see him, and he did. she told me she seen me in a red car driving to hospt in the rain with my mon, and it happenjust like she said . i was so glad when the 3 months were over. 2 of my friens and thers read and we were all glad at the end of the 3 months. so there are some that are right on. ty josie46

Back in the 70's, my best friend used to go to a psychic,( is that the same thing as a fortune teller?), and she talked me into going along with her one day. I was with her when she made the appointment for us to see this woman, and being skeptical, I left all of my i.d. at home. I was the 1st to enter the room where she was waiting for us, and she talked to me for about 15 minutes. She spoke of things that were not vague in nature. When I left, I felt like this woman had known me for years, and all my deep, dark secrets. She talked about my sister, and her 3 precious babies, who had all perished in a house fire 5 yrs. before. She told me that this sister was an angel now, and that she was with me all the time. She said her name started with a 'C'. This was true! My sister's name was Corinne. She also spoke about how my mother needed to stop spending the money that she had received when my father had died, on everybody else. My mother was doing that. There was a lot more she told me about future things, that came true, and nearly knocked my socks off!! I never went back because it made me feel so strange. There were so many events that she was right on the money with, it would take too much space to tell it all. I believe most of these so called fortune tellers are no more psychic than I am, but I also believe some are truly gifted with a sort of 2nd sight.

I, myself have never been to a fortune teller. Not because I never wanted to.
I've wanted to probably every single time I ever passed by a fortune teller or a place that tells fortunes. There was always some reason why I couldn't. No money, late for work, whatever. Although I did have a couple of friends who did. They asked if they could pay by check and the lady said sure, no problem. Well first of all, they said everything the fortune teller told them was so far off base. It ended up costing them a little over $200.00. They didn't mind the cost because the check they wrote was no good. Their account had been closed earlier that day. So I guess it was obvious from the very begining that this particular fortune teller had no skills or was a valid fortune teller because she should have known the check was no good or at least run the check before she got started. I guess she heard check and stars filled her eyes (or should I say $ signs filled her eyes). I thought that was pretty funny even though I was jealous they went without me. But after hearing what happened to them and what they did, I was glad I wasn't with them. I don't care if she was a fake or not - BAD KHARMA.

Anyways, I did get a free reading online once. And I found it to be so accurate about me that I went ahead and paid for a full reading. Now that to was very accurate about me and even opened my eyes and explained some stuff that I hadn't realized or put together before. I felt it was worth the price I paid for it.

Now how was I supposed to know that Dionne Warwick was gonna call me everyday, I mean every single day for what seemed to be like a year, before she finally stopped calling me. The reading I got was not from the Friends Psychic Network, but obviously they gave my number to them. Everyday, every time Dionne Warwick would call, me and my friends would clown around saying "you've misdialed, we are not friends of your network". Or my friends would say answer it, answer it, get the scoop on Whitney, or maybe she has an important message for you that could save your life or make you a millionaire. The only thing I wanted was for her to stop calling. Even if I did answer the phone I would always say stop calling me. But they didn't care, they just kept calling and calling. Thank God the calls finally stopped. I can honestly say that because of this experience I have never gotten a reading online since. Although tempting at times, I will never forget being harassed on the phone by Dionne Warwick.
