Josie, I've had this before.. it happens sometimes when you use a coupon and a deposit.... you play, but you didn't meet the requirements on the coupon you used.. thus, the old coupon is basically still in the banking system and it won't let you enter another.
Just contact support and they should fix it for you.
(I played nickel double double bonus poker with it.. hit four 4's with a 3 for 800 nickels.. yay! BUT - with the wagering of 20x and switching to slots, I never made it.. LOL By the time I met the wagering requirements I had $5 left again, and couldn't hit a thing.... GRRR... WAY FUN though! Thanks INETBET!!)
