Hi shotgunner ~~ thanks for the reply. I myself have just recently started playing at CasinoExtreme. I have cashed out a number of times and had *NO* problems at all. I did not have to fax in *ANY* type of forms nor identification. My money was transferred into my Neteller account immediately (every time). Others also have had *NO* problems including I believe Lady Crush. Maybe she can come and post that herself. Also, when receiving my 20% cashback, in which you can do what you want with that, I have won on $10.00 and *AGAIN* no problems at all and the money was transferred right into my Neteller instantly.

Also shotgunner, I never heard of any casino either that wanted fax back forms before you even made a deposit. But I will say that all the RTG casino's listed above do not require any fax back forms for each withdrawal as listed. *AND* the 3 that don't require them at *ALL* ~~ that is very rare ~ because just about every casino wants them.

yes i did lucky, when making a withdrawell from xtreme , you have to go to live chat and tell them you have made withdrawell. then it is istancely put in yoyr neteller. i hope this helps, remember go to live chat and tell them. ty josie46

Ok i tried casino extreme because everyone is raving about it - although I had a bit of a losing streak I contacted support via live chat for the cash back bonus and no questions asked it was in my account in seconds. Vegas Magic MAY ask you for a fax back form if your withdrawals total more than $250, or they just might anyway. I love those people, and I had already done that in the past, but had to do it again last fall when I cashed out several withdrawals under $250 each. Only makes sense I guess, but I didn't understand really why they needed it from me again. I had played there for well over a year before that time.

I really have to recommend them highly, though. Slower to pay out than many RTG's, but they are generous with the comps and free money.
