HI,
I took a chance and called customer service....well to my surprise I do
NOT have an account there....YEEHAW...LOL
I spoke with Nole and he had an Australian accent oh my
Anyways Nole was most helpful and he told me although we could not
cash out on the 100 spins we could however transfer any winnings we
make on the 100 spins into a real account with a minimum deposit of
20.00.
This sounds very good to me and so did Nole...oops already said that.
Good Luck,

I managed to get a good hit on crazy chameleons on a $5 bet and ran it up over $2000. I'm down to 1278 now and while playing the connection to the server was lost. I've tried several times to log back in and can't get that page to load with the special games. Anyone having the same trouble?

Arrrrghh!
Here was I expecting an email confirmation of the free spins, instead I got the following...
"Hi,
We regret to inform you that your Casino account at Royal Vegas Casino has been locked due to suspicious activities taking place on your account.
You may receive a request to return verification documents in order to have your account reopened. If you do not receive this request then we will not be reconsidering the status of the
account as this decision was made after a thorough investigation on this account, and your account will remain locked.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions any attempted cash-ins on this account will not be processed and balances from winnings will be removed.
Regards
Fortune Lounge Player Security"
I have had a similar message about a year ago with a seperate casino, and in both cases I can only assume it was because I may have registered an account with them in the past that I have forgotten about (I certainly don't have them listed in my list of offers I have taken up in the past). So can anyone confirm if this is the case?
It seems fair enough denying me the bonus if that is what's happened, so why not just say I have a duplicate account instead of this ominous 'SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES' wording?
After all, it is easy to forget who and when you have played with a year or so ago, especially as there are an untold number of casino's around.
It makes me sound like I am trying to deliberately defraud them somehow.
