Dear Crushers,

I've requested that any USA players are given free spins on an older slot game (not sure which one it will be) but I'm not sure how long this may take as I think they may still be in a bit of a back-log from the xmas/new years vacation.

I will of course reply to this topic regarding the latest information I get from them.

Dear Crushers,

Here's is the LATEST UPDATE on this issue.

I met with Royal Joker support whilst in London and we agreed that we are going to try the following:-

- The free spins will be re-allocated (FOR USA PLAYERS ONLY) to another game BUT
- In order to make sure they will work OK, this is just being done for 3 players (which I will PM once I have received confirmation with details of which game etc).
- Once we have confirmed that these players are able to play their free games, they will be allocated to others also.

3 very regularly visiting members players have already been picked in the hope that we will be able to get this done ASAP. However this will at least be 24 hours from the time of this post.

PLEASE DO NOT PM ME ASKING TO BE ONE OF THOSE FOR THE TRIAL - I will just delete them. ALL eligible entrants will be credited once we've arranged a game that we know will work for USA players.

Dear Crushers,

I'm very sorry but the 3 (USA) members that we tried some free spins could not see these either and so there is no point in Royal Joker giving these to everyone yet until they have resolved whatever the problem (technical I'm sure) is.

I've had a few PMs about this and I'm afraid I can't reply to each one personally (and have asked everyone to be patient and not PM me please) as I am keeping this topic as up-to-date as I can.

Please see things from the CC point of view, we are not the casino - Royal Joker was good enough to allow this (No Deposit) * bonus but are having technical issues with USA players and we are working with them as best we can - but due to the problems that we already have had this is going to be in 2 steps..

1. Finding a game that we can give free spins to USA Players (and testing this with a few players first).

2. Once we have a positive response from the selected test members that the free spins are visible, only then is it sensible to apply the same to others.

I do appreciate this has taken a long time and whilst some of the claims are from depositors - the offer is a 'no deposit bonus' with no deposit requirements and as such is 'free cash' and it does frustrate me when people get so cross with CC when there is a problem - that we can only do so much about.

Any others feeling the need to complain about this free cash offer (which I do appreciate is taking a long time to resolve for our USA players) I will just remove them from our claims list and they will not get anything.

I will ask again that people DO NOT SEND ME PMs about this - I will keep posting updates to this topic so you can read the latest here and I'm sure we will get *something* sorted for all of you (so long as I don't get a PM asking me when I've politely asked you not to - it fills up my inbox and other messages cannot get through which is wasteful when other members have a valid reason to message me).

Thankfully, Royal Joker have agreed to put the intended value of the free spins ($5) worth of credit into each of the accounts that didn't were not able to play the free spins.

You may have noticed the $5 free and already played it - it was done between 24 and 48 hours ago.

Anyone that has not received it, was for one of the reasons below:-
