im just woundering something on the terms you have posted there. If the terms are for each vote($25x20playthrough with max of $70 cashout) is per vote, would it be 3x$25x20 and max cashout would be $70x3??

Just woundering if anyone sees it the same way or if i just am seeing it wrong lol, which is possiable lol

I voted and I received an email from the casino letting me know my account was credited. It only took a few hours.

well, i went and voted and sent in the confirmation anyways. About 6 hours later i got a response saying that my vote promo was placed in my "other account"??? So i went and used my usuall user name (treehug) to find out my account is locked now. So i figured it might have been a oversight on my behalf and found that for some reasone it registered me twice with one regristration. It used my user name(treehug), but also used my e-mail address to set up a account. So now i have two accounts, they have my votes for the freebie, and i have two locked accounts now. Oh well, at least it was a freebie and not a deposit, but still going to see if they will help me with this.

i think this casino is dishonest they told people they would give them the bonus if they voted for them at gom .i voted for them in the alloted time they specified .after days i did not get the bonus i finally called them ,and they said we are swamped with vote bonuses it will take a few days so i waited again then i called just ask are you giving the bonus are not ,then they gave the excuse you didn't get your vote in time . i know i did so BEWARE OF THIS CASINO.

i didn get in on this one, but i have noticed that other casinos aregiving promos to. and when you try to get to casino, its says error, and can't find casino , i dont know what gives,but that makes me not wanting to deposit with them . ty josie46

hey i voted for royaldutch too in all three catagories and i received an e-mail stating that the voting polls had been suspended but they did thank me for my votes so i agree with the others they don't seem to be very loyal at all!! what a cheap trick to get votes.

Well, I got to withdraw $70 total. No explanation why I couldn't withdraw the max for each chip since I had to play through $500 for each chip.

When I inquired about this specific topic via email I received a response saying: ANOTHER FAST PAYOUT (sorry they used caps) -
A correct payment was sent to your neteller account for $70. Their site says 2 days payout - took 5 days and 10 phone calls - I guess fast but not what they promise.

So I called them because I didn't understand & just wanted to know for future reference what I was misunderstanding with the promotion. I always get a different person even though I ask for the account person who emailed me the response. So, I say, "I would like to understand your terms and conditions for promotions" - read them the Terms from the email they sent me. And the person explains that for ever bonus chip, you can withdraw the maximum after you meet the play through requirements for that chip. If I receive three (3) different bonus chips I can withdraw the maximum per chip, thus if I win I can withdraw three (3) times once for each chip.

When I say ok, can you look at my acccount and help me with the withdrawal request that I believe was done incorrect. They say well I will need to have accounting call you back because they need to do that. I understand that - so I leave my information and wait - and wait - and wait, but I never get a call back.

I will say that the customer support is very friendly. polite, and appear helpful. And "free" bonus money is per the casinos discretion.

I Just wanted to say BEWARE - if you win from a bonus - they may be pleasent and appear helpful - but you may never get paid what their terms say.
