Sad i deposited @ a microgaming casino US casino and the new games were able to download. then a few minutes later they were gone. i contacted customer service and was told that US players can deposit at microgaming casinos but we can't play any of the new ganes!!!!!THAT'S CRAZY!!!!! HOW IS IT WE CAN DEPOSIT ,BUT WE CAN ONLY PLAY OLD GAMES PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND LET ME KNOW. sorry if i put this in the wrong place, but this is soooooooo unfair. we can deposit ,but we are being treated difference from everyone else. tell me about the good old slavery days!!!!!!@

Unfortunately the ones we have to blame is our government. They are doing this to us! Not the casinos. A year ago Microgaming said they would be pulling out of the USA in two years.

I sure wish our government would knock it off and say exactly what they want, a percentage of the winnings we make and I don't think that anybody would object to that.

But telling us adults how we can and can't spend our money really ticks me off!!!

I sincerely hope it changes and soon!!!

i know but it really bothers me still . quisby told me it was microgaming desicion ,not to let us play new games. but what good does it do if we can deposit and not play new games? i had my account before all of this happen and now they decide not to let us play new games. to me it's give us all or GIVE US NOTHING!!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE POST:)

I understand completely. On the other hand, some is better than none in my opinion.

I live in a state that is not banned however microgaming seems to think I do and I've had all but 3 of my microgaming accounts closed. Microgaming happens to be my favorite software and I'm glad I can at least play my favorites there for now.

I'm not sure why Microgaming made that decision it is very frustrating! But again, if it wasn't for our government we wouldn't be going through these frustrations now. You're not alone!!

Hello equanya.

I'm sorry to hear what you went through.
That's just not right! Bad business, in my opinion!
If you were going to be excluded from playing the new games, then they should have warned you at some point and time during the process of your deposit.
Come on, they know immediately all of your information (ex. residence) before your deposit is even credited to you.

I, myself, only play the free tournaments.
I've never deposited cash.
So I have no idea if I would be excluded from the new games also.
But I know one thing for sure, I'd be pissed off as hell if that happened to me!

I bet there's a lot of people out there, that have no idea that this is going on, like me for instance.

I have had all microgaming accounts closed to me but 3. Not to mention Intercasino which I really liked and many others.

Microgaming also won't let USA play any Jackpot Progressive games.

I think if they take our money we should be able to play everything or not take our money at all. That is very wrong. Take our money but tell us we can't play what we want... not right.

I think its terrible what our government tells us we can do and can't do. Again this is not the casinos fault. Not that I agree with what microgaming did, but they could of pulled out a long time ago.

I for one are so sick to my back teeth of how the online casinos are treating US players, I have an ace up my sleeve though I have taken note of what casinos have mistreated me after my loyalty to them and when I move soon to my home land ( where there are no regulations like the US ) none of those casinos will get a red cent from me, I will have way more choices of where to spend my hard earned money.

On another note/example CC had a great Royal Joker birthday free spins promo ( I do deposit there ) and BECAUSE I AM A US PLAYER I am still waiting for the free spins as US players do not get the new games no "hell boy" slot for us, still waiting after almost a month !!! and US players also have to wait just as long for payouts too JUST SHODDY !!!!!!!

I am also wondering about the same thing..what ever happened to our free spins at Royal Joker?? As of yet I have not received any...I am a depositing player also....my understanding we were going to receive them on a different slot( one that the U.S. players have access to)..

but i havent heard anything and its been awhile...

The above example is just one of MANY I have either experienced or seen in regards to US players, like I said it is shoddy.

If players from the USA cannot play the major jackpots or new games here is what I think the casinos should have done !!!!!

Casinos should have reward US players in a different way by way of larger % bonuses and a way around withdrawal/deposit times and methods, AFTER ALL WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR COMPLETE MONIES WORTH !! think about that, we do not get all the games anymore and we do not have access to the major payment processors/banks, US players have been cut at the knees and it does not stop there.

One by one the deposit methods we are using are being cut off until eventually we will have none, KINDA GIVES NEW MEANING TO LAND OF THE FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
