In order to improve the benefits offered to our loyal players, we have recently made a change to our Loyalty system whereby in order to qualify for a certain player grade, you need to earn the following number of Points in the previous month:
Platinum 7,500 + per month
Gold 2 500 - 7 499 per month
Silver 500 - 2 499 per month
Member 0 - 499 per month
Our player status Upgrading is performed automatically, while downgrading decisions are performed on the 1st day of every month. Downgrading should only be by 1 tier per month, should you not be reaching the required number of points to maintain that grade.
Unfortunately there has been a glitch in the system and you may have noticed that on the 1st of February, your grade was dropped more than 1 tier.
We have corrected this, and your current, correct grade has been restored. You will not be negatively affected in any way, and the points you would have earned through your play at the casino have been calculated as per your correct grade.
To apologise for this inconvenience, we have credited 25€/$ onto your casino account.
