AC - Always Cool Casino

I just wanted to let everyone know that I signed up with AC (Always Cool) Casino and used the $55 free chip that they offered. I played for quite a long time and met the wagering requirements with about $200 left in my account. The free chip had a maximum 2 times cashout ($110) and the free chip itself is sticky so I decided to cash out right then to be sure I had met the terms and could make the max cashout. I requested my withdrawal on July 29th. I got a reply back on August 3rd asking me to send in my documents, which I sent right away. I got another reply on august 5th asking me to provide my moneybookers account which I did right away also. Then I never heard back from them until august 14th when they said they had received all my information and would process my withdrawal within 1 - 3 business days. I received $110 to my moneybookers account on August 17th.
This casino did not require me to make a deposit in order to cashout either and even though it took some time for them to pay, they did. So if you have not tried this casino I would recommend them to you, they do seem like a trustworthy casino and they did pay me on a free chip.
I just wanted to share my experience with everyone.

Thanks SisterCrush. When you cashed out did you just have $110 or did you have more in your account. When I spoke with support they told me the bonus was sticky so in order to cash out the max of $110 I needed to have at least $165 ($110 for max cashout plus $55 for the free chip) in my account. I had around $200 so thats why I got the max cashout of $110.
