So as most of you know i was quite lucky at RichReels casino the last few days.

I had done initiated the withdraws and because I am a new depositer there ( i think i have deposited 3 X) I thought to speed up the process I would email them my ID verification.

I sent them a clear large attachment of my Ontario Drivers licence and a clear attachment of my most recent phone bill. All documents have my name, address and even on the phone bill the matching telephone number with what is registered with my casino account.

I was following up with support today to ask them the status of my withdraws ( i deposited via ECO and am withdrawing via ECO) sounds pretty cut and dry.. right?

NOT

I was just told that my documents need to be notorized and then once they approve the notorized documents my withdraws will be processed... Has anyone ever heard of this???

I have been playing at online casino's for the last 10 years and have never once had to do this... I understand asking for verification to ensure information is in order.. but NOTORIZED!

Please someone, shed some light on this? what do you think is the real issue?

Wow Notorized I have never heard of such a thing Shocked

I could possibly understand if you won a progressive jackpot but even then...

I havn't even read anywhere of someone needing notorization...

Sounds like they may be stalling in my opinion Rolling Eyes

ive cashed out a few times at rich reels the largest amount $1500 i won on katmandu:) and ive always had the money within 48 hours but then again i use Neteller and probably therefore they have not asked me for any documents,but im sure you get you money very soon Smile

Hi Ega,

Thanks for replying.. I am told by the casino that it is not ECO it is the casino's payment processor that is asking for these documents.. grrrr

I went out of my way, went to get my documents stamped and verified by a commisioner (that is what it is in Ontario) I faxed all 7 pages to RichReels and also emailed the same 7 pages..

Will await a courtesy reply

GL Monica, I had a bit of run around from Grand Mondial a while back when I cashed out big.......it took amost a week for them to verify all the documents I sent in (3 times). But they did eventually pay in full. So..........be patient and send whatever they ask for. You will be paid.

UPDATE

Today is the 22nd of September and i have been advised that my withdraw has been processed and and sent to my ECO. They tell me it will take 24 - 48 hours to reach my ECO. Will keep you posted.

congrats Monica! If Eco is like QT, which I hear it's the same platform, your funds will probably show up sooner-I recently had several cashouts from Wild Jack, and they sent the payout Monday morning and it almost immediately hit my wallet. Congrats on your winnings & many more to come!

I agree RC. The only explanation i got was that everyone for the first time withdraw is asked for some sort of verification. I just happened to be the "LUCKY" one who needed it noterized.

However, along with all my phone calls and emails to support, they were professional, helpful and patient. I was promised this procedure was a one time thing, I will continue to play at Rich Reels
