So as most of you know i was quite lucky at RichReels casino the last few days.
I had done initiated the withdraws and because I am a new depositer there ( i think i have deposited 3 X) I thought to speed up the process I would email them my ID verification.
I sent them a clear large attachment of my Ontario Drivers licence and a clear attachment of my most recent phone bill. All documents have my name, address and even on the phone bill the matching telephone number with what is registered with my casino account.
I was following up with support today to ask them the status of my withdraws ( i deposited via ECO and am withdrawing via ECO) sounds pretty cut and dry.. right?
NOT
I was just told that my documents need to be notorized and then once they approve the notorized documents my withdraws will be processed... Has anyone ever heard of this???
I have been playing at online casino's for the last 10 years and have never once had to do this... I understand asking for verification to ensure information is in order.. but NOTORIZED!
Please someone, shed some light on this? what do you think is the real issue?
