High Noon casino opened it doors to the public in August of 2010 . They use cutting edge of technology with Real Time Gaming software.
The theme of the casino is western style. When you enter the casino you feel like your in an old western style town. Some of the games they offer are : Video slots , Table games , Progessives , Video Poker , and Specialty games ( Keno , Scratch Cards ).

High Noon casino offers a $60 no deposit bonus to new sign ups and a 200% match deposit bonus to first time depositers.

When i deposited i used my netspend visa card , it was was quick and instant money in my account. I have never made a withdrawal from High Noon casino but they say it takes 2 - 10 days depending on which method you have chosen.
