Overview:

Inetbet is among a number of online casinos using RTG software. There are many RTG Casinos available to players worldwide, and they are distinguished mostly by reputation for quick payouts and fair play. Inetbet has been taking bets since April of 1999, and operates out of Malta. It is safe to say that Inetbet has a longstanding, solid reputation that keeps players coming back.

New games roll out frequently, and Inetbet usually celebrates the excitement of new games with a generous free chip worth around $5.00. Inetbet also celebrates most holidays with a similar free chip offering, but all free chips come with specific play through requirements and maximum withdrawal amounts, usually ranging between $40.00-$50.00 on a $5.00 free chip. Currently, there are several new games at Inetbet, including, Count Spectacular, one of my personal favorites, Glitz & Glamour, Lochness Loot, and Three Stooges II, just to name a few. Deposits at Inetbet:

I opened my account with Inetbet around 2006, and have deposited several times per year using a prepaid Visa debit card. My deposits would be more frequent, but I never seem to experience decent playtime at Inetbet, despite the generous match bonuses, and I have never been fortunate enough to request a payout. I have continued to keep my hand in at this casino, however, due to their excellent reputation, and I truly believe that one day I will persevere and be able to request a withdrawal! U.S. Players must deposit using Visa, or a new processor called EZ Voucher, where players purchase a voucher that can be used to buy credits at the casino. In order to sign up for EZ Voucher, a customer must be able to verify a code that is sent by text message to the players phone. Once this is confirmed, money transfers can begin to take place. Also available deposit options for players outside of the U.S. include credit cards, EZ Vouchers, MyPaylineQ, Wire Transfers, and Click2Pay.

Customer Service and Payout Processing:

Inetbet does not offer live chat, which is the most direct and expeditious way for communication to occur between players and the casino. For urgent matters, there are live agents available by phone, and they can also be contacted by e-mail through the website or through the software, and you can generally expect a response in about 24 hours. On several occasions, I have felt misunderstood by the person who received my message. Inetbet has some work to do in the area of customer service via e-mail. On the other hand, although I have not personally called Inetbet for assistance, I have heard that customer service by phone is excellent.

Interestingly, on the subject of customer service at Inetbet, I e-mailed customer support at 3:00 this afternoon to ask them what the average payout processing time is at present. At 12 midnight, I received the following response from Inetbet regarding payment processing times:

If an account has been verified then it is processed in under 24 hours. even quicker.

The response was brief, and poorly written, as if the representative gave it no attention whatsoever, and worst of all, it did not really answer my question, so at this point I am unsure as to the length of time players are generally waiting for payouts. This is a prime example of the need for improvement in the area of customer service via email at Inetbet.

In order to withdraw at Inetbet, A completed Authorization Form, with supporting documentation of identity, must be on file with Inetbet prior to requesting a payout of any winnings from a players account. For U.S. Customers, a courier check is sent to the address on record. For players outside of the U.S., there are several withdrawal options, including: Neteller, Click2Pay, Moneybookers, ECO, Courier Check, Wire Transfer, and Credit/Debit Cards.

Recommendation:

Based solely on the casino's solid reputation in the online gaming industry, I would recommend Inetbet for those looking for an RTG experience. Although I have not had much luck at Inetbet, it is widely known to be one of the most reliable casinos when it comes to fair play and prompt payouts. In addition, Inetbet offers a ton of match bonuses, which is a big enticement for depositors. However, players must always educate themselves on game exceptions and play through requirements on any bonus they choose.

On a more personal note, I don't play too often at Inetbet casino, because I tend to get better playtime and definitely win more elsewhere. In addition, my monthly manager's bonus run at around $5.00 when I deposit about $100 during the month, and that is just not enough to encourage further deposits. Although Inetbet has a regular cornucopia of amazing match deposit offers, they have never really extended my playtime, and as I've mentioned, I've never won anything in the many years that I've played. My extremely subjective opinion on match bonuses; the best bonus in the world is only as good as your playtime. Once it's gone, it's gone.
