DOCTOR LOVE by Microgaming is a fun game with cute graphics and fun sound effects.
This game has 20 paylines, 5 reels. You can bet with .1, .2, .5, .10, .20, .25, .50 cents and $1 per line and up to 20 coins per line.
DOCTOR LOVE is the wild symbol. I would say this game has an average payout. It seems to go in spurts. The bonus round happens when you get 3 or more love meters. 3 love meters gives you 10 free spins, 4 love meters gives you 15 free spins and 5 love meters gives you a whopping 20 free spins where all your wins are tripled during the bonus round. The free spins can be retriggered for more spins.
I have not had many big wins on this game but when my balance is low I can play for quite a while just betting .20 spin and as my balance increases I increase my bet.
