Not any that I know of but... I have successfully transferred pay pal funds to my wired plastic card then used them to gamble... takes a few days but it works

Irie get the paypal debit card, it should have come automatically when you opened your account. I am able to use mine at royal Joker. So far I cannot use it at the rivals but microgaming I can

heyyyyyy, iv'e had a paypal ccount for a longggggggg time and never got a
paypal debit card sent to me, whats up with that?

well paypal has 2 cards a paypal plus credit card which I did not qualify to get but you should request the paypal debt card. I get 10% cash back on purchases that I make with it where I didn't use it as a debit. So I get cash back for using it online for whatever I purchase.
