Something is up, that's for sure. Personally, I think it is very disrespectful to Geno in not looking after things in a timely manor. A big part of why I haven't played there in a very long time is because of the lack of customer service.
I spoke to Rita about it yesterday and she said she would let Geno know. I'm quite sure he won't be too thrilled with it either.
