SI REDEEMED THE RINGMASTER25 CHIP THEN I WON THE RANDOM JACKPOT ON THE REALM OF RICHES SLOT MACHINE ($8190.00) BUT GUESS WHART THEY DONT PAY RANDOM JACKPOTS TO THEM (VINCENT) THE RANDOM JACKPOT IS JUST NUMBERS THAT DONT MEAN ANYTHING .
ANY SUGGESTION'S OR OPINIONS ABOUT RANDOM JACCKPOTS I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR THEM!

Free chips pretty much at any casino you get them at have a maximum that you can withdrawn out of winnings from them. It is probably not that they don't pay randow jackpots to free chip players but I can gaurantee you cannot cashout all of it. Make your playthrough then go for whatever their max cashout is from that free chip. They are going to request ID info and some even make you make a minimum deposit.

I myself have never hit a random jackpot but I do know free chips rules.

I think the problem was that you were using a free chip. There is a limit to how much you can win.

I think every online casino that gives away free chips has in their terms and conditions the fact that if any jackpot is hit with their free chip, "you may not cash out or claim".

I can imagine how disappointing that would be!

hi ringmaster and everyone,

awww, that is so sad to hear. A word of advise when I play at RTG casino's, not many of them and not very often ( a few times a month, i make a min deposit) i never redeem coupons. Getting the 50% or 100% of $25. is not worth it to me if I happen to hit a random jackpot. I will not even use the free chips as it is just the same as playing for fun mode or you can only cash out the bare minimum. That is my take on it..
