LOL LOL LOL - Thank you all for your entries so far - I have been LMAO for ages now... I picked up on quite a few of your responses, so I guess the story so far ...
Annacris, not sure if you've tasted Dom Perignon, but me and my love did (having sampled many recently lol) - and it "wasn't the best" we'd ever had. The £/€20 bottles were nicer than the £/€80 Dom Perignon lol (well to our taste lol)
I guess either we have cheap taste or it's just rubbish lol (take your pick lol).
Beckie, the house plants would be a great idea, only my girlie has bit of a reputation around plants where they don't seem to last very long :oops
The beer and wine, sex, sea, sun thing is of course a must hehe - not sure about the sea - there's a pond nearby though lol.
I would hope that if my girlfriend (not wife - i don't have one lol) moves in, joann23 that she would at least assist me in dishwasher duties (crzynana2001) and Diasker - I might suggest she dresses up as a maid then tell her to lie back and think of England (and in case she forgets - I could have a UK Flag, keyunj - perhaps on the ceiling - I guess the mirror would have to wait lol)
My TV and music stuff is already taken care of as is my wireless internet (that was actually the first thing I sorted out kaska321) hehe.
As for marking the territory, it seems that some kinda of animal has already been doing this in my garden dicky1.
The fridge with ice machine (mackieo) is definitely something I would love to have (having saved some pennies) and once that is there - it can compliment the wet bar and cooker/stove (rbcasino) from which guests can be fed and watered.
I'm really not sure what kind of 'inflatable' you are talking about darrin6, but I'm sure it would be useful on the nearby pond lmaoooo - now THAT would be picture! lmaooo
