I am in the UK and have used Moneybookers many times.
I didn't even think Moneybookers was available for the USA. I know that when I have put funds into my moneybookers account it asks me an I going to use this money for gambling or not.
I always put thats its for gambling.
I dont really know what you can do if you are from the USA and have deposited in that account, I guess the only option is to withdraw it back to your bank.
