Hey Rhonda...as you speak..that I know and I trust they will...cs and I spent quite a bit of time together today trying to finger out what happened and why..he was very courteous and did all he could to help me..after all was said and done..it still would not accept my cc..I logged into a micro, rtg and playtec ( would dearly have loved to do a rival but as we all know...no canadians)..but anyhooo..my depos went through just fine at all those casinos so I tried several times again at Quatro and no luck..poor guy (cs) he tried everything he could thing of to help me..but I i will wait..hopefully within 7 days all will be cured..

If you want to cashout the free play winnings, you have to deposit.
