I signed up at hollywood sportsbook 2days ago, because when you register you should get 30$no deposit. just after i signed they answered and said that i am in ,but my acc.is inactive i have to call the support, now, Live support :nobody there ,tomorrow there will be, tomorrow again nobody. so i e-mailed,no answer, and after a second e-mail they answer and want:
a copy of a utility bill
a copy of my passport, or my drivers lic.
what is that supposed to be?

i signed up 2 days ago also and after sending them an email yesterday i got a reply saying that in order to get the 30 dollars i must first make a deposit and wager a minimum of $10
