Hello. I requested a $400 payout from Bovada on April 27, 2012, and was told that it would take 15 business days to receive a tracking number for my check. I'm in the US, so I know it's not the good old days when they can just pop it into my bank account, so I was patient. Fifteen business days passed, twenty business days passed, and twenty-five business days passed. Bovada Customer Service just keeps extending the time that it will take for me to get my tracking number, saying it's all just an estimate. They like to count business days in various different ways. I've heard the some people have gotten checks from them that have bounced, and that you should go to a check cashing place with them . . . if you ever get them. Does anyone else have a problem with Bovada? It's not one of the more popular casinos on this site, but I always thought it had a great reputation. I really never thought I would have to chase a casino down for money, especially when it goes into the casino so very easily and instantaneously. Any thoughts?

I have never tried cashing out at Bovada , I thought they were a pretty good casino. thanks for the info. Smile

I'm so sorry to hear you are having problems. If you let Geno (crushadmin) know that you are having a problem, I think he might be able to help. If it were me, I would send him a pm and explain the problem and see if there is anything he can do.

In the red section above go to "messages" or "no new messages" and click on "new post" and address it to CrushAdmin and in the subject area please put bovada cash out problem please help or something like that . :)

This is a post I made here on March 8th after I played the free $ 25. welcome bonus:

Met my play-through, had $ 430. left, cashed out $ 400. yesterday. I phoned them and they talked me through cash-out. Support was friendly and very nice. I Received email today cash-out was approved and check on the way...all without a deposit or any paperwork. I will definitely be depositing at Bovada. They are obviously honest and speedy with processing.

Bovada is AAA in my book, all other casinos could take a lesson from Bovada in customer service and satisfaction.

I got a check for $ 400. in about 3 weeks and it cleared with no problem so I'm stumped why they are not paying now.

That's terrific that you had such a great experience. I really like Bovada, too, and they do respond quickly through e-mail (no live chat). They have a really terrific selection of games, and I understand if they are having temporary processing problems. I just want to be kept in the loop, and told what's going on, and when I can reasonably expect my payout.

I agree with you 100% Molly. If you know what/when to expect something it is a lot easier to deal with. When it seems you're getting the run around it gets very frustrating.

Recently I had a cash out that took 4 weeks due to problems with their processor. Normally it takes about a week or two.

Damn the USA government it was so much easier back when casinos could deposit into our "online" accounts. Like Neteller, EcoCard, etc. grrrr
