Have they changed this statement? Sometime ago, i contacted live support and they told me I had duplicate account because I was member of Prism Casino and downloaded Slots Of Vegas.

I HAD A FREE ND ACCOUNT AT SLOTS OF VEGAS AND A DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AT CIRRUS AND..... WHEN I WON AT CIRRUS THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME OUT SAYING I HAD DUP ACCOUNTS--- JUST FYI

I wanted to comment further on my previous post, I didn't go into great detail in it but basically what you found out on the phone is exactly what I experienced and it cam e down to mgmt decision and they said nooooooooooooooooooooo - lol, I guess I could have elaborated on it but I was sleepy----- lol

Lucky - yes exactly - I had 2 accounts under different names at both casino's but I didn't know I was only supposed to have one with the same name - didn't find out til it was too late - lol

Mistressnic ~~ did they have you close one of them out? Because they had told me that if that was the case, they would ask which one the person wanted to close out. If you didn't close one out, call them and have them do that for any future promos
