3 new Microgaming slotgames do not download properly,I have redownloaded casino US and Ruiverbelle and 3 others..all the games download ,only the 3 new ones do not...anybody having any suggestions or also having this problems?

well can't be to sure about those casinos...but red flush and go wild downloaded no problem for me and games are ok...that dance of the masai can pay a fortune on free spins lol...anyway i use ladbrokes the most and they werent available yet earlier but find that sometimes when new games arrive i get errors trying to download and think its because tho they are showing in xasinos new games as ready to download they are actually available yet hence the errors...id suggest trying again tomorrow and you will probably find they load as its happened a few times in past to me on ladbrokes new games

tx broxi,just tried but .nope..must be somethig with our pc..no idea.....well,after 3 days I give up, and we play the 'old' games.hope we will ever understand how this is posssible, and also hope to play the 3 new ones sometimes.

I had no problem downloading and playing the new games at Royal Joker. I cannot play at any other microgaming so I don't know about the others. I like the new kings type game.

tx for your help too.but..unfortunately nothing helps/works.Also asked casinos to help, but they do not know too, its making us very anxious to see/play these 3 new november games, but when that will happen.. its frustrating too, we tried everything, and all games download properly when we re-install the casinos.except the 3 new ones.

tx sofar, hopefully somebody knows the solution.

hmm i run XP had no probs with new games ,what happens they just dont download or do you get an error when trying to download them ?

Hi niek,

The only thing I can think has happened is that the first time they downloaded they were corrupted in some way (and I think many Microgamings now share files - so if you already downloaded on one microgaming it seems to load very quickly on others).

If this is the case (and of course I can't promise this will work but just an idea).. is to do the following..

(If you another PC that you've not yet installed any Microgaming then you might want to see if installing one of them on there works - and if it does then proceed with the following)...

1. Uninstall each casino
2. Go into Windows Explorer and look for the casino folder(s)..

3a. They could be C:\Casino\Microgaming\ ... (or C:\Microgaming\Casino\ ...) (if so delete that manually or at least rename the top (Casino folder) to OLDcasino

3b. There could be older or other versions in C:\Program Files\ (Name of casino) .. you should just delete the CASINO NAME folder (or rename it with OLD in front).

4. Then, try re-installing and re-downloading..

Sorry that's all I can think of right now but hope it helps.

Don't feel bad niek.

I had to re-install Red Flush and Rich Reels (though not Vilento for some reason) NONE of the slots are downloading. Can't play the free tournies or anything.

When I try to enter a tourney instead of asking if I want to download the game it just says it is currently downloading.

any game I click on it says NO UPDATES AVAILABLE.

Now THAT is weird.

Guess who had the same problem with Villento and this is the step by step instructions I received to fix it. I love Villento's support!!! They are the best!!!

Rita, I am disheartened that are experiencing some trouble with the games.


Could you kindly try the following process and inform us if the problem persists:

- Start

- Control Panel

- Add/Remove Programs

- Select the Villento Casino Software and select uninstall.


Please note the following as well :

- delete all cookies and old internet files

- close all programs

- disable firewall

- disable all spyware

- disable antivirus

- disable popup blockers and anything else that would possibly hinder the connection

- re-download the software from the casino website and reinstall

- ensure that ports 1970 to 2002 are open


The following is a guideline on how to complete the above:

How to delete all cookies and old internet files:

- Click on "My Computer"

- Open "Local Disk (C)"

- Open "Documents and Settings"

- Open "Administrator"

- Open "Cookies"

=> Here you will find what needs to be deleted.

Close all programs:

- Ensure that no other programs are running

Disable firewall/spyware/antivirus:

- Open "Control Panel"

- Open "Security Center"

=> This is where firewall/spyware/antivirus are meant to be disabled

Disable popup blockers:

- Open a new webpage

- Click on "Tools"

- Click on "Pop-up Blocker"

=> This will provide the option to disable it

Ensure that ports 1970 to 2002 are open:

- You need to contact your service provider to ensure that your ports are on 1970 to 2002.

This will successfully complete the uninstall process.


You will then need to go back to the website and download the software.

- www.villento.com

You will maintain your existing account number and password.


Once this is done, please inform us if the problem persists.
