Important- If You Signed Up At Netspend & didn't Get 5 Fr

if anyone signed up at netspend got their card and activated and tried to get the 5.00 using my referal code and didn't receive it, they were having trouble with the referal system and they are manually crediting all accts now with the 5.00---- i have to give them your first and last name and either the city u are from or your acct id

please let me know asap if you didn't get it
