Jackpot Capital Casino is an online casino that uses the Real Time Gaming (RTG) software. There license from the government of Cyprus. They say they welcome players form all over the world: but in doing research it seems they do not welcome the Netherlands, at least one player. Apparently many people, including me, received a free CD with promotions, including a free $50 to play with at their Casino.

They do require a photo ID and utility bill and with some withdrawals a fax form. I received a free $14 for Valentine Day. Before I accepted it I deposited $20. Since this was my first time it told me I needed to send the proper ID’s. I sent them and within hours I got an e-mail saying they didn’t get them so I resent them. It was shortly after that I was approved (the same evening).
