Josie after I downloaded the casino it took several minutes before it actually connected. I think the first time you open it more downloading or something goes on. Just try reopening it and wait 5 minutes. I just checked my email while it sat and sooner or later it opens up. Maybe a lot of lag on their side at the moment

I dont think the expiration had anything to do with someONE or too many redeeming.. the original promotion had an expiration date.

When I put in the code said I couldn't use it too contact customer service. So I went too live chat. Live Chat came up and basically said they no longer handle chat for this casino.
