Dear All,

You may have noticed your scores drop a lot just recently (but also that they were almost doubling probably at least every day before).

This was due to a slight error in the code that summarises everything.

The END result of the tourney is OK but it was showing slightly incorrect data during the month.

Anyway, it will now show the Correct Scores all month round right until the end when all the ineligible players shown are then automatically removed and the winners announced.

I'm not expecting to have any more glitches - and this was only really a minor one which didn't affect prizes awarded at the end of last month.

Just wanted to post before someone else notices and wonders

I have to work harder to go back to my previous rating ....I went from 6 to 9 position
My trip to Europe was so short, I still run on their time...lol
I sleep during the day and play at night time
Can`t wait to go there again for a little longer then two weeks .

Dear all,

It was pointed out to me, today, that the scoreboard didn't appear to be showing correct data, and I obviously have investigated this.

Due to a 'silly' copy and paste error (on my part), whilst I was 'improving' the code from a performance point of view, I had incorrectly coded a small part which meant that the Leaderboard was showing 'last month' feed data, as opposed to 'current month'.

No data is affected by this, as all the 'wagering' scores are kept 'as source' (as received from Casino Rewards), - it is just how the data is processed and displayed that is effected.

Hence, the Leaderboard is now showing the correct scores for October and will 'finalise' itself (it will show as 'closed') within 24 hours of the tourney finishing.

I'm very sorry to those of you that thought you were nearer the top (i.e. same scores as would have been had last month) than you are now...

From the date on the files I updated, it suggests that this was probably showing the wrong info on the leaderboard for at least a week.

Again, I'm very sorry that this has happened, but you can be assured that the prizes are fair now whereas before they would not have been (maybe that was why no-one said anything earlier? lol)..

Anyway, I've now double-checked this code and whilst I can't promise no more problems ever, I can assure the data shown now is 100orrect as I've gone through and spot-checked all the registered tourney accounts.

Next month it will all go even smoother I'm sure. Please remember we are the first to be doing these and as 'unique' things can go, there is some element of 'live testing' along the way lol

Anyway, I hope that explains to everyone ...

PLEASE NOTE ALSO IF YOU ALREADY RECEIVED A 'WINNING' EMAIL - YOU SHOULD PLEASE DELETE THIS - UNFORTUNATELY, OUR TIMES WERE INCORRECT (DUE TO THE NEW VERSION OF PHP USED - THEY WERE INCORRECTLY CALCULATED), AND IN FACT THIS TOURNEY IS STILL OPEN FOR A FEW MORE HOURS - AND WILL BE CLOSED (AND WINNERS CORRECTLY ANNOUNCED IN ABOUT 24 HOURS)... Again, please accept my apologies - but these problems Are now permanently fixed for this and future tourneys
