i am a regular depositor at this casino but i should close my acct they give nothing for holidays or birthdaysi Everygame does all the time

I just found the dang X afer months of missing it.

bstb1958 I'm a regular depositor at Grand Mondial, I also did not receive and Xmas or New Years Bonus, but I do receive a lot of perks through out the year so I'm not complaining....

I have a birthday on Wed the 21st and I emailed the Casinos I mostly play at and Grand Mondial gave me 40.00 birthday bonus....I am quite happy with that

I sent them an email for January's points, like I did for Nov and Dec. and they came back and said that to claim them I had to make a deposit and claim the weekend bonus to get them...

I sent a reply back that I didn't do this for the last 3 months and still got them. Any one else get a reply like this??

Hey, update...

It took a day, but finally got a response. (They usually respond like within the hour...wierd) but it said that the points were credited to my account. I haven't checked yet but I'm glad they gave me them!

I meant to come back and update, sorry for that. I did and I got a reply back that they were added. So I start the casino and logged in and there was five bucks in my account.

Plus the points were added too!!
