It certainly sounds like it .. sorry - I think the only other option might be to try using a Proxy service - you'd need to look one up yourself (google it) - cos I don't have any recommendations there.

I don't know if this will help you but I have a problem with some of the casinos that AOL won't open so here's what I do. Open AOL then minimize it. Open Internet Explorer and then open your casino. Works for me every time. Also works when I want to watch replays of horse races that AOL won't let me open.
