Anyone hear anything latelly from Royal about her mom?

Oh, Valeria, thank you so much for asking.

I will type out a full report as soon as I am able and have a bit of time.

For now, I can tell you this, after asking all of you to keep praying.

I am not giving up until Mom indicates clearly to me that she is ready to take that tiny step from where she is now , into Heaven with no pain and with peace.

However, with specialists called in for every system of her body now, they tell me -- I can hardly type it -- that my Mommy will never come home again. I keep thinking of my Dad, knowing he will never see her coming through the door again. Our family has always been so close.

Mom's life is touch and go every day.

The docs all agree they have never seen such a fighter or such strength from one so frail. She has survived 2 more resuscitations.

They say that IF she should survive to leave the hospital, she will have to go to a rehab center or a nursing home because she will need around the clock medical care and will be able to do nothing on her own.

However, like I said, I will not give up as long as Mom does not.

Thank you all for all your thoughts, meditations, prayers, and whatever else you have offered -- and please don't stop now!

Thank you for your patience with me, also. You all mean so very much to me.

Right now, when I am not with her, I jump every time the phone rings, fearing someone will say she is gone.

Dear Bobbie, your mom is definitely a fighter and you can't count her out until she says you can!!! Bless her heart!!!

Please, please, please take care of yourself!!! You have to be beyond exhausted, both mentally and physically and I know I can speak for all of the Crushers when I say, I know you have a ton of private messages and you just answered each one of them with your post, please don't try and answer them individually, you need your rest or need to be with your mom now.

We want you to know how much you mean to us and hope our prayers for your mom, your family and you will be answered so you can come back to us soon and then answer your pms when you return, please.

Oh thanks for the update Royal!! I have been wondering and worrying about you everyday.

It sounds like you are ready to accept whatever the near future holds. Whether to a nursing home or into the bright light for her soul to be at peace.

If she does go to a nursing home....make sure they keep her warm and cozy and keep checking up on them with surprise visits. I have my reasons to say that.

Our hearts and thoughts are with you and your mother dear one.

Do as OC says!!! It is very exhausting and tiring to be under such a strain day in and out. Get some rest and don't overdo!

On my last post that Royal answered I posted over at Poker Crush also and our PokerGuru over there updated us again on what happened. Aslo over there for some reason the censore grabbed the word s p e c i a l i s t to censore so that is what the comment about s-p-c-i-a-l-i-s-t is all about

Royal you & Mom are all in my daily prayers...Mom is sure putting up one hell of a fight....goooo Mom...

Royal in this very delicate time I hope you are taking care of yourself also, you dont need to be sick because if you are they wont let you in to see Mom as her immune system must be extremely weak...
