I don't know if this is the right place to post this.....
Just thought I would share an experience and see if anyone else has had the same problem with this casino (Nedplay - microgaming).
3 weeks ago I deposited $40 (been so long, I can't remember if I got a deposit bonus or not - but if I did, I made playthrough). Anyway, the nexy day, I decided to withdraw $100. I emailed the serurity documents they requested, and was told it would take 48 hours for my payment to be processed to neteller.
A week later, I still hadn't received my cashout, so went to live help and was told that it would be processed and paid in 48 hours max.
Anyway, long story short, it has been listed in paycheck as 'a work in progress' since 14 May, and I have spoken to 6 different live help people over the last 2 weeks who keep telling me that they are sorry, and I should receive my payout that day, or the next day, within 4 hours etc etc etc. But I STILL haven't been paid.
They say there is no problem, my payment will be paid, "SORRY, but we make mistakes too you know" I have been told.
So, still no money 3 weeks after submitting my withdrawal request. Just thought I would warn others, and also see if anyone has any suggestions, or if anyone else has had trouble. I will certainly not deposit there again, and would not recommend that casino!!
