Well they charge 5% but yes it is instant I found out. I put in to deposit $25 and my account ended up with $23.75 so when you go to deposit this way get a calculator and do the math since they do not tell you how much it comes to.

dear geno, 99 slot machines or real vegas was suppose to mail me a check for 1700, but i got an email saying i needed to fax them a form and i can find it in the banking area. i can't find it anywhere, besides i dont have a fax or printer. I thought over night express was suppose to mail you a check to your address they have on file. so whats the problem. can you help in any way, thanks steven

Sengel did you already fax or email the casino your verification documents..If not you can have your documents faxed by anwhere that has a fax machine, whether it be a corner store such as 7/11 or even a cheques cashing place..

I'll be sure to bring this to Rita/Genos attention..

Hi Steven, its not unusual for a casino to ask for their fax back forms to be sent back to them to verify your identity before they send your check.

I've had to fax them back their forms before and I went to Kinko's and the charge was $3.00,

I've also been allowed to email them back to them, I have a scanner, however you could take the forms to a bank or to your public library and scan them, then email them to the casino. Kinkos also provides that service and the charge is very small.

I understand how frustrating this can be for you, but the faster you get the forms back to the casino, the faster they will send your check. If you do have another cash out with them, then you are set and won't have to go through this again.
