Denied Cc Redeem From Everygame

HI EVERYONE... NOT SURE WHERE I SHOULD POST THIS SO HERE IT IS.... BUT ANYWAY, I DEPOSITED OVER $200 AT Everygame IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS, I VERIFIED THIS WITH THEM BEFORE MAKING A CC-REDEEM CLAIM OF 4000CC-POINTS FOR $60.00. I WAS SO EXCITED CAUSE, OF COURSE.... I LOVE FREE MONEY!!! BUT...SEVERAL HOURS LATER I receive A DISSAPOINTIG EMAIL, DENYING MY CLAIM FROM Everygame, AND IT SAID,

"Dear Ryan,

Thank you very much for claiming the bonus. However, you have not done
enough deposits without bonus within the last four weeks to be eligible to
receive the bonus."

I HAVE REDEEMED CC POINTS SEVERAL TIIMES BEFORE AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED! WHAT TO DO?

Please re-read the Everygame Redeem topic and specifically the terms and deposit eligibility requirements (under Eligibility in the original topic).

And generally speaking - QUESTIONS should be posted in General Questions rather than No Deposit - WE WILL SEE THEM when you post there ok and not having to move posts gives us more time to look into things etc
