I downloaded the casino from the web site, registered, had to go in and out of the site numerous times. There is supposed to be a $7 free bonus, it does not work, says can't be redeemed at this time. Live chat does not respond. Hope someone else has better luck.

Youprbably did what I did Wrote the code wromg.It is SLOTO7.First 5 digits are all letters followed by 7.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem after they download? I tried a couple different times and I can get as far as the cashier but I can't submit the coupon code or make a deposit. I uninstalled the other version and tried running as administrator. Each time I try it gets loccked up at the cashier. Any ideas?

I had no problems with mine , sorry. maybe go to live support and ask them

Couldn't find email containing my new login information, ask support and they couldn't find it either so recommended i open a new account, i told them this was not something i was willing to do so email me when they have an answer for me, im still waiting.

Apparently there was a birthday gift for me in my account, but i just can't get it yet.
