I have done it all. Downloaded software, resgitered a credit card, authorized an EFT deposit in order to verify my bank account info in order to use it with this casino, I have emailed requests, live chatted requests on the website, called them on their customer support line twice, and still nearly 3 days later, I am STILL BEING TOLD IT WILL TAKE 24 to 48 HOURS!!! I think they are just using this to gleen a bunch of potential new customers. I am not holding my breath.....NOR am I depositing any money of my own until the prove otherwise! Any one else have the same experience?

Same here adventure man. I've been waiting over 24 hours for bonus (which online support had indicated it would take les than 24 hours to me....). Oh well.

I have not had to do all that. All I have done is download and register. Dont see why you would supply all that info just for a free gift offer to try out the site. My only thought is that being the weekend, they might not included Saturday and Sunday in the 24-48 hour process.I would just give it a bit of time, I dont see there being any problems if Laura is on the other end. I know she was great with the last place she was (we all know were that was), so dont see it being any different. I will give it a couple of more days and see.

Well i am not sure if anyone else received there bonus yet or not, but mine was in my account this morning. Seems like a different site, just going to check it out and see how it goes. Im not sure if they have changed the wager requierments yet or not, but saw somewhere else that they might be channg it to 50x instead of 100x. Either way, people have been making it through the requierments and its all fun anyways.
