Vip Points - 08 Dec 2008

I have question about VIP points ...
I did claim 2 VIP points for $100 deposit on Nov 13. Since then I deposit over $150 , I wanted to claim another 2 VIP points today ,but messege show me : It appears you have already submitted this or another within the qualifying deposit period for this particular site. Please check your outstanding or recent claims.

If I do understand , that means I can only claim VIP points every 3 months with same casino ?

Hi kaska321,

VIP Bronze (or higher) offers are for 'last 4 weeks' so if you made a claim on 13th Nov you can't make another claim (even if first) until 4 weeks since your last claim has past.. so you will be able to claim again on about 11th/12th December for your last 4 weeks deposits from that date

(it's only the 'first VIP points' per casino account that can go back 3 months prior to claim)
