It has been a while since I've been here, forgot my password, over and over again.
It's weird because I read a post here from another mbr similar to my situation.
I usually play at PRISM casino because I have no problem with my credit card going through.
After being a depositing player for a couple of years I finally came up and won.
I won $17,000!!!!! OF COURSE, the gambler that I am I gambled more and ended up cashing out about $10,000 and some change.
I got my first payment via bank transaction (with a charge) and even that took awhile.
To make a long story short these people don't even contact you to let you know they sent you the money, considering they told me they were having problems with the banks so started using western union and money gram.
I would always have to call or do onlince chat to find out about my money.
After about a month I called again because i knew I was owed at least $2000 more. One of the host gave me the MTCN numbers and one was available for pick up but the other wasn't.
I spoke with the casino manager, chris, who rudely said i was paid and stop calling. I tried to explain the situation but all he did was brushed me off.
I was hurt but then I was PISSED!! I put my hard working money into these casinos hoping for that one day when I could win big, just like most of us do, and these casinos take it for granted that since they are so far away we just can't get in our cars and drive to their offices to demand our money.
So after speaking to the host, tony, who was helpful, he explained to chris, who im sure felt stupid, but still they have yet to send me my final payment.
Chris told me 3 weeks ago they would resend me my money but today i go on chat and find out my account is CLOSED and there are NO WITHDRAWALS PENDING!!!! I assumed Chris just said that so I could stop "harassing".
What I am about to ask you guys might be hard, considering we are gamblers, but I would like to begin an online STRIKE against PRISM CASINO and any other casino's associated with them.
Of course, if someone can assist me in getting my money due me I would greatly appreciate it.
I work hard for a living to have some casino tell me that because I didn't pick up the western union in time (WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW WAS AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T NOTIFY ME) that it is considered a loss and they will not pay me what is due me.
I URGE you all to please forward this email to all your online casino gambling friends and families so that we can all get together as one voice and let these casinos know that what they do is not right and not fair.
I urge you all to CLOSE your PRISM casino accounts and to NOT deposit there anymore.
I know this may be a lot to ask of you all but I DO NOT want anyone to have to go through this.
These casinos think they can get away with it because we brush it off and our weakness for gambling takes over and we go back and deposit there again.
PLEASE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS AND LETS BE HEARD. They are keeping our money so let's take there's away. NO CASINO, NO JOB, NO PAYCHECK!!!!
