On your birthday or the first time you come to CC after your birthday, you will receive a pop up Birthday card that wishes you a happy birthday and instructs you to contact one of the staff to credit your cc points.

If you have a pop up blocker, unfortunately then your card is blocked, so please remember when its around your special day to send one of us a pm and we'll get you credited straight away.

question.. if i am on the witness relocation program that would mean i have 2 birthdays, does the cc points count for both birthdays? do i need to send in my faxback and id's to get them for both birthdays?
