Everygame Info Needed

Fellow Crushers,

I finally had a great night at Everygame and am very anxious to cash out my winnings. To those who have cashed out from there before if you could answer a few questions, I would really appreciate it!

1. How long did the credit card authorization form take to get approved with your copies of ID, card, utility bill?
2. Did anyone cash out via bank wire? If so, approximately how long did it take?
3. Do any of you have a joint bank account that you use your debit card for depositing to casinos? Have you ever had any issues with withdrawing to your joint account?

Any stories on Everygame cashouts good and bad would be appreciated!
