As we approach the New Year we have a couple more new contests for the remaining days of 2017 ...

This contest idea is based on an idea from win4maw who was rewarded for this idea in our November "Help Us Prepare" contest.



TELL US ABOUT A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION YOU MADE OR HEARD OF (and whether or not it worked).

- Share your New Years resolution (either for this or a previous year)
- You may reply more than once with a different resolution in each reply.
- Please allow another member to post in between.


How will Winner(s) will be determined?

There will be 1 prize of 1 x $5 for 500 CCpoints randomly drawn from all eligible entries.

I resolved not to let people use me anymore, last year. I have let people out of my life this year.

I'll make the same resolution this year, that I make every year....to quit smoking. maybe this will be the year that I succeed.

My new year's resolution is to always be ontime for everything.

I have a bad habit on living on Hawaii Time (which is always 15 to 20 minutes late)

My New Year's Resolution is to stop thinking it is my responsibility to make sure everything is done right , to prevent possible problems

I don't really make resolutions, but I would like to bowl a 300 game this year LOL

my new years resolution is to get off the slots and head to work on time & not 10 mins late every otha day hehehe

I quit smoking for last years resolution , this year is to start eating healthy

I am very proud to say last year me and dean said we were going to stop smoking , it was a long and hard road but I have been smoke free since the beginning of may or end of April of last year.

My resolution is to have more fun. and to quit smoking...that would probably help a lot in the having more fun department.

I MEANT TO SAY THIS YEAR NOT LAST YEAR THAT I BEEN SMOKE FREE

this is going to sound unreal considering the current price of cigarettes, but many years ago when they were approaching $1 a pack I resolved to quit when they hit that price. In early April of that year they hit that $1 mark and I quit cold turkey. Haven't had one since then. I honestly don't know how anyone can afford the habit today when they sell for over $10 a pack

A friend of mine once had a New Years Resolution to not eat ice cream every night anymore.
the silly thing tho is now she eats it everyday around 2pm
