I just want to say that I love the Everygame Redeem Offer with CC. Kudos on this Geno The 1st time takes a few days....but then it is Quick!
Just last month (still logged into casino) while I was still playing on the deposit which Qualified me for the Redeem Request, it came through. Never even had to log out and back in.
LOL I was like what did I hit??? Checked History real quick & it was already credited.
How awesome is that????

Please note we must add the following extra term to our redeem offers as it seems some have been trying to use the same deposit to enter contests at other forums, and there has been disappointment when if they have won at another forum they can not claim the redeem offer.

You might wish to bear in mind that if you do meet the deposit terms, that you will definitely qualify (so long as you have not won a prize at another forum in the same time period for the same deposit).

Is anyone else having trouble with a redeem. This is the first time I have had an issue with it not coming in. I put in for it last friday on the 20th. I did email geno about it a few days ago so I hope all will be figured out soon. Usually it is in my account withing a few hours but this time it has been days, I know Everygame just launched a new casino so maybe that has something to do with it, they are just really busy lol

Hi Marilyn, as I explained a couple of days ago we had problems with emails leaving from CC which probably delayed your requests going to the casinos.
Geno resent your requests Friday.
As you know they do not credit on weekends. You should receive them tomorrow hun.

Hi dreamypleasures,
I am guessing you clicked on our banner for Everygame -- and then clicked on "My Account" and mean this as "the first page" ...
I am also guessing from what you've written that you are using Google Chrome browser.
I have just tried exactly the same on my laptop and everything is fine - the address showing the secure lock symbol next to the address and no error message.
I suspect this was a temporary issue perhaps on the Everygame site OR a problem with your internet connection.
Please try again and if you continue to get issues, perhaps try clearing your browser cache (temporary internet files) ... there are plenty of instructions around on how to do that - but if you need further help / still having problems - let me know and I can send you a PM.
