My hubby promised me that since I have lost so much weight, (80 pounds and still dropping off) that his present to me for my next birthday will be the plastic surgury I have been talking about for years.
I'm going to get a tummy tuck, a ballerina lift (basically to get my chest looking ahead of me instead of at my toes) and some liposuction on my tighs and some work on my upper arms (to get rid of the nasty bat wings I have developed with the weight loss). No need for implants I'm happy with what I have, I just want them where they belong. LOL
While I am excited about getting it all done, because as sad as it is, I think I look more disgusting now than I did before I lost all this weight, (well, I look great IN my clothes, but really do not want to look in a mirror any other time) I am a bit nervous. I don't know what to expect afterwards, or what the recovery time will be, and I hate being in pain and miserable.
Has anyone here had any plastic surgury and can tell me what to expect? I figure seeking out people who may have had experience with it will be better able to tell me much more accuratly what I'm in for than a surgon who is gonna make a small bundle off of me and won't want to scare me away by telling me I'm gonna hurt like hell for weeks afterwards.
Thanks for any comments
Lee
